On Friday 28th June – which also happens to be National Cream Tea Day! – we are holding a Summer Tea Party here at Cumnor Hill House to raise money for Guide Dogs for the Blind.

Almost two million people in the UK are living with sight loss, and by 2050, that’s expected to rise to almost four million. We’re trying to do our bit this summer by enjoying a delicious tea party in our lovely garden to raise money for this wonderful charity, and we’d love for you to come.

Blindness is close to us at Cumnor Hill House, as one gentleman who lives here is registered blind. But that certainly doesn’t stop him from having fun! His twin brother lives locally and often brings his guide dog in for visits. It really is amazing what he’s able to achieve with the assistance of his loyal canine, and without the dog, he probably wouldn't be able to live independently.

Please do come along and support us on 28th June from [start time] to [end time] and please donate generously to this incredibly worthy cause that really does change lives.

Please RSVP to info@cumnorhillhouse.com or call us on 01865 415185 – we’d love to see you here at the Great Guide Dogs Tea Party.
